Shipping policy

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.

Orders are shipped via DHL (smaller items) or FedEx (larger pieces such as bobbin chairs, and tables). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Nova Tempus is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures.

For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return shipping

The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Nova Tempus cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.
